Introduction to QHHT Guided Meditation

Welcome to this Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Guided Meditation. This meditation is designed to help you explore the deeper aspects of yourself and access your subconscious mind. By doing so, you can gain insight into your past, present, and future lives, and receive guidance from your higher self.


Before we begin, find a quiet and comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Close your eyes and allow your body to relax completely.


Now, imagine a warm and soothing light entering your body through the top of your head. This light is filled with healing energy and is here to help you relax. Allow this light to flow through your body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed with each passing moment.

Accessing Your Subconscious Mind

As you continue to relax, imagine yourself descending a staircase. With each step, you feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. When you reach the bottom of the staircase, you find yourself in a peaceful and serene place. This is your subconscious mind.

Take a moment to look around and notice your surroundings. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you feel? Allow yourself to become fully immersed in this experience.

Exploring Your Past Lives

Now, imagine yourself walking through a door. On the other side of the door is a past life. Allow yourself to enter this past life and observe what is happening. Who are you? Where are you? What are you doing? Take note of any details that stand out to you.

When you are ready, leave this past life and return to your subconscious mind. Take a moment to reflect on what you learned from this experience.

Receiving Guidance from Your Higher Self

Now, imagine yourself walking through another door. On the other side of this door is your higher self. Your higher self is here to offer you guidance and support. Allow yourself to connect with your higher self and ask any questions you may have. Listen carefully to the answers you receive.

When you are ready, leave your higher self and return to your subconscious mind. Take a moment to reflect on what you learned from this experience.


As we come to the end of this meditation, take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to explore your subconscious mind. Know that you can return to this place at any time to gain insight and guidance.

When you are ready, take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes. Take note of how you feel and any insights you gained from this experience. Remember, you are always connected to your higher self and have access to the wisdom and guidance you need.
